INNOVATIVE ACTIVITY IN THE CONFECTIONARY SECTOR

Abstract
The article analyzes and reveals the trends in the formation and development of innovation activity at industrial enterprises. The necessity for the development of new products in the confectionery industry is determined and examples of innovations in European countries are presented. Also offered is a new kind of product for the Ukrainian confectionery market.
