Abstract
The article considers peculiarities of the formation of labour potential in agribusiness enterprises. The value of labour potential in the transport infrastructure of the agroindustrial complex is studied. The main components of the perspective development of public-private partnership in the system of training specialists in the agroindustrial sector are outlined.
