INNOVATIVE APPROACHES TO THE REGULATION OF PAYROLL

Abstract
The article is devoted determination of essence of concept “payroll” in the system of the organization wages. Described some innovative approaches as levers of regulation of the wage Fund: the improvement of organization of labor remuneration is in the direction of its differentiation, the implementation of direction of payment for professional knowledge and expertise, systematization of indicators to be considered when establishing a differentiated wage.
