Innovative character of enterprises in Łódź region

Abstract
Management of modern enterprise requires taking into account the innovation in the operation of the company and in its environment. The task of the company’s innovation should be to strengthen its competitive position, because innovation is the source of the success of many companies operating on the market. Therefore, you can expect that innovation will increasingly seen by companies in Poland as an essential element of their development and become an important goal in their strategy. The aim of this paper is to analyze and assess the innovative character of enterprises of the Łódź region.
