INNOVATIVE MANAGEMENT AND FACTORS OF ITS SUCCESSFUL IMPLEMENTATION ON ENTERPRISES OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The article deals with the concept of the meaning and objectives of innovation management. Features of innovation activity and innovative management at Ukrainian enterprises are considered. The main problems with the implementation of innovative management at Ukrainian enterprises are outlined, and measures are presented that may change the situation in a more positive direction. The study of the chosen topic is based on the main theoretical and methodological provisions of modern economic theory contained in the works of leading domestic and foreign scholars-practitioners who are involved in the issues of implementation of innovative management in the conditions of modern enterprises. Attention is paid to revealing the essence of innovative management, determination of factors of successful implementation of innovative management at Ukrainian enterprises. In the article, the unjustified reduction in funding for research and development, poor motivation of the work of scientific and engineering personnel, led to the outflow of young gifted people from this area to others. As a result, aging of the age structure of people associated with innovation activities, the extinction of scientific schools, and the departure of talented professionals abroad. The considered problems of staffing of innovation activity are the low qualification level of employees responsible for introducing innovative technologies into the production process and the process of production of innovative products itself. The system is staff development. This concept includes not only training and advanced training, but also individual career planning, the development of professional skills, assessment of performance. The system of innovative management of an enterprise should have an effective mechanism for identifying promising, with a good potential of employees, for which a career management system will be built. It is emphasized that innovative management is an integral part of this or that scale or significance of the general management system at the enterprise and should be integrated into it organically. The study found that the development of innovation management in Ukraine has a number of problems, namely: insufficient state support, significant level of corruption, depreciation of fixed assets, and inadequate professional level of human resources. In order to solve these problems, in our opinion, it is necessary to develop appropriate state programs aimed at supporting and encouraging enterprises engaged in scientific and innovative development, to pay due attention to the training of specialists of the appropriate level, to establish an innovation management system at the enterprise level, using the achievements of leading foreign companies.
