INNOVATIVE MANAGEMENT CONCEPT AS POSSIBILITY FOR DEVELOPMENT OF TOURISM IN THE REPUBLIC OF MACEDONIA

Abstract

The globalization changes that represent everydayness in modern work represent a challenge for every enterprise regardless of the size and type of activity it performs. Modern working conditions force companies to introduce an innovative management concept in operation. Innovative enterprises are characterized by the ability to maximize the utilization of new job opportunities, innovations, scientific discoveries, using modern technology in operation and a new approach to employees. In today's working conditions, companies in the field of tourism are facing the challenge of successful application of innovations and introduction of changes in operation as a prerequisite for growth and development. The aim of this paper is to examine the significance and influence of modern-innovative management for the development of enterprises in the field of tourism in the South-East region of the Republic of Macedonia, as well as the need to apply a modern methodological approach in creating the necessary management decisions. The conducted analysis of the environment and the conditions in which the tourism enterprises operate in the South-East region of the Republic of Macedonia confirm the fact that the application of innovative management is a real need for all enterprises including companies working in the field of tourism. Innovative management concept is an original solution that provides not only sustainability of enterprises, but also long-term stability and enterprise development. From a content point of view, the paper gives a theoretical overview of the relevant literature that deals with the field of innovative management, the current state of the enterprises work in the field of tourism, the presence of innovative management as well as the importance and importance of applying this modern concept. In this context, in the context of the labor, the questionnaire survey conducted a practical survey in order to perceive the real state of information and the representation of the innovative management by the managers of this type of enterprise. In the conclusion of the paper, on the basis of the obtained results, guidelines will be given and an appropriate business model will be adapted to the current processes in the enterprises and developments in the immediate environment.
