Innovative management of enterprises in anti-crisis conditions

Abstract

the article considers the interpretation of innovation management - a system in which factors interact with each other, which are aimed at achieving or maintaining the required level of viability and competitiveness of the enterprise with the help of mechanisms for managing innovative processes. Innovation management is a process of development and implementation of new things and business development [3]. The main concepts of innovation management for business, their importance for the effective development of modern enterprises in crisis conditions together with technological innovations are revealed. Examples of successful innovations in management at enterprises for different periods of time are given. Factors hindering innovations in management are considered (underdeveloped culture of innovation, lack of information about effective innovations in the field of management, lack of desire to innovate in the field of management, administrative formalism, insufficient qualification of managers, lack of opportunity to receive qualified assistance and consultations, insignificant impact of innovations on results of the company's activities, evaluation of innovations from the point of view of their significance on the results of the company's activity) and ways to overcome these barriers are proposed (based on the formation of an innovative culture of the company with experienced managers and specialists with the appropriate thinking and competence. For an adequate response to requests for innovative development of companies, it is necessary focus on the training of highly qualified specialists capable of innovative transformations in the field of management). The problems of management of innovative development at domestic enterprises during the crisis period are analyzed. The relevance of research is manifested in the constant search of any enterprise to find innovative approaches in management to achieve the set business goal. On the basis of the latest researches and publications, the problems related to the insufficient implementation of innovative management in business have been determined and the factors that prevent their development at the enterprise have been singled out.
