INNOVATIVE SCIENTIFIC-EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT OF HIGHER SCHOOL AS A CONDITION OF INTELLECTUAL DEVELOPMENT OF STUDENTS

Abstract

In the conditions of intensive development of information technologies, updating of the content of philosophy of education, the need to increase the level of activity and responsibility of the teacher for their own professional activity, extremely important to the implementation of innovative activity of the teacher and innovative educational technologies that can be considered as one of the conditions of intellectual development of students. Analysis of the literature shows that the introduction of innovative technologies in scientific and educational process of higher education not only improves the quality of teaching, but also to create a culture of intellectual activity of students, increase their activity, change, value orientations and motivation of both students and teachers. The article aims to determine the effectiveness of scientific-educational process of higher education and characteristics of students ’ mental activity. The paper presents the analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature on the study of innovative technologies, the factors of scientific-educational process, ensuring the efficiency of intellectual activity of students. Experimentally investigated the presence or absence in the system of organization of educational process in higher education and in the implementation of the mental activities of students of certain components, which together constitute the conditions contributing to the intellectual development of students. It was determined that in conjunction with the whole complex of factors of scientific and educational space has in each case a positive or negative impact on the intellectual development of students. The well-developed conditions of effectiveness of scientific-educational process and the positive points in the organization of mental activity of students, and there are those that require complex correctional and developmental work with both students and teaching staff to ensure the intellectual development of students in scientifically-educational space of higher educational institutions. This is a promising direction of our further scientific research.
