INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGIES OF PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT AT THE INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISE

Abstract

In the article, questions of management of the personnel from the point of view of innovations, features of the innovative process and administrative innovations, problems of development, and the introduction of innovative technologies in personnel management of the modern enterprise are considered. The paper considers the development of innovative technologies of personnel management in modern economic conditions. The article described the personal-technology enterprises, discussed the comparison of personnel management systems. Principles of implementation of innovative technologies of the personnel management system at industrial enterprises are presented. Subsystems of personnel management and corresponding innovative processes-technologies of personnel management are described. Practical recommendations on the application of innovative technologies of personnel management at domestic industrial enterprises are established. Personnel controlling as an innovative technology of personnel management is determined. The conducted research gave the opportunity to make conclusions as to the peculiarities of innovative technologies’ use in personnel control at the enterprise.
