INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGIES OF TRAINING AS THE MAIN CONCEPT OF THE COMPETENCE-BASED FOCUSED TRAINING OF FUTURE ENGINEERS OF AGRARIANS

Abstract
In article the essence of the concept “innovative technology of training” is investigated, the phenomenon definition as purposeful organization of educational process is specified, the evidence-based project of logically structured system of pedagogical interaction for the guaranteed achievement of the planned results on the basis of algorithmic, system and consecutive introduction in practice of original, innovative ways, methods of the pedagogical actions and means covering complete educational process is reflected. Characteristic properties of innovative technologies of training are defined: innovation conceptuality, systemacity, didactic goal-setting, optimality, adjustment, reproducibility and security of results. It is offered to consider such option of composite structure from a variety of approaches of scientists to structure of technology of training: educational purposes; content of training; means of pedagogical influence, in particular moti- vation and tutorials; organization of educational process; subjects of process of training; result of activity (in particular professional standard). Features of the competence-based focused technologies of training are characterized: active and activity character of the teaching; domination of the practician of the directed and problem methods of training; cross-disciplinary character of educational and professional tasks; orientation of educational process on development of main and special competences of future engineers; orientation of educational process to development in students of independence and responsibility for results of the activity and so forth. The conclusion is drawn that only complex accounting of factors (the purposes; external conditions − temporary, production, economic, etc.; complexity of content of training; the technical equipment of pedagogical process, level of methodical competence of the teacher, etc.) provides the choice of technology, guarantees achievement of the compe- tence-based focused training.
