INNOVATIVE VIEWS OF V. SUKHOMLYNSKYI ARE IN CONTEXT OF NEW UKRAINIAN SCHOOL

Abstract
The author analyses theoretical generalizations of V. Sukhomlynskyi which are considered as principles of a humanistic, person-oriented, innovative approach to the organization of educational process at the New Ukrainian school; the conditions for the formation of the integral personality of the junior schoolchildren and specific components of the teacher’s creative activity are specified; the essence of key concepts is clarified: technology, innovative technology, innovative activity. The general scheme of tasks of technology and methods aimed at the organization of the educational process based on V. Sukhomlynskyi’s ideas of humanism is proposed.
