PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS OF FUTURE MUSIC TEACHERS TRAINING INDIVIDUALIZATION

Abstract
The article deals with the problem of individualization of teaching in the process of piano training. In terms of modern higher education there is a need for teaching process individualization, its adjustment for every student considering his/her personal psychological peculiarities, professional qualities, abilities, intentions of professional competence, and his/her creative potential. The implementation of individualization principles into the training process will contribute to the professional development and self-development of future Music teachers. That is why individualization of training is one of urgent issues of pedagogical education. The analysis of scientific literature on this problem allows to give a definition of the term “individualization of teaching in the process of piano training”, which is considered as the process of formation and self-development of a personality, which promotes full realization of technical and creative potential of a future specialist and sets him/her for the further self-education. It has been revealed that the following pedagogical conditions contribute to the efficient realization of the individualization of teaching in terms of piano training: pedagogical interaction based on the consideration of students’ individual psychological peculiarities (character, temperament, special abilities, talent, giftedness); determination of the level and control over the dynamics of students’ professional development with the aim of correcting forms and methods of work with a musical composition; revealing of students’ predominant performing abilities in the process of mastering special subjects in order to determine ways for independent overcoming of technical and performing difficulties and barriers, considering the artistic content of a musical composition. The complexity and multidimensionality of the problem of training individualization cannot be completely revealed only by the determined issues. In particular, the development of the technology of organizing professional individualization in the process of future Music teachers training needs further consideration and investigation.
