INTERACTIVE TRAINING AS A CONDITION OF FORMATION OF MOTIVATION TO CREATE DIALOG DISCOURSE FOREIGN STUDENTS

Abstract

In this article, “Interactive training as a condition of formation of motivation to create dialog discourse for foreign students”, written by Grudok-Kostyshko M., the analysis of the scientific literature is presented. Priority directions of development of modern education - is the use of different means, forms and methods of interactive learning. Interactive communication involves dialogue of all actors with each other. One of the pedagogical conditions of formation of interactive competence in teaching foreign students is to develop the motivation to create a dialog discourse by means of interactive learning. Motivation - the beginning of the speech intentions. Organization of interactive learning involves the creation of life situations, the use of role-playing games, interactive activities. The task of the teacher is to create conditions for the initiative of students. The introduction of interactive teaching methods is important for the student’s development. The main goal of interactive learning is a holistic development of the individual student, the disclosure of its potential internal abilities, cognitive and mental performance. Stages of interactive forms are warm, clustering, organizing learning activities of students in the group, summarizing the group’s work, the presentation of group decisions. For the formation of interactive competence were selected following methods of interactive learning: work in pairs; rotary (removable) triples, work in small groups; cinquain; brainstorming; role (business) game; discussion, case-study method. Use case - step enhances the effectiveness of the formation of interactive competence, success workshops, saves time, creates an atmosphere of trust, and promotes the accumulation of intellectual capital.
