The tasks for teachers of foreign languages are defined. The course of experimental work for searching effective approaches, methods and techniques of training is presented. The following criteria are used to determine the initial level of vocabulary: personally)motivating; cognitively)operational; practically active; assessment scale and levels are developed (high, sufficient, medium, low). Based on the results, the system where the main methods are recognized as those which refer to communicative and cognitively) communicative approaches was developed and implemented. Individualization of studies in research means maximum approaching of studying process to the optimal model, when every student works in a comfortable rate, manner that answers their general preparation, abilities, memory, traits of character and emotional state. Differentiation assists timely detection of gaps in students’ knowledge, determination of optimal models of operation based on psychological and intellectual differences. The focus was on expanding the number of methods and varying the methods and techniques depending on the purpose and teaching conditions. Self)study, programmed studying, problem)search method, projects method and consideration methods were used.
