Journal Title: Науковий вісник Південноукраїнського національного педагогічного університету імені К. Д. Ушинського - Year 2018, Vol 122, Issue 3
Abstract
The article is devoted to the problem of determining the adaptability of a person to physical loads on the basis of the integrated approach that opens the way for making significant adjustments to approaches to the subjects of education. The author stated a lack of sufficient scientific research, the results of which can substantiate an individualized approach to the use of targeted health-improving measures towards various layers of population. Based on the research, the author concludes that the complex and individual-oriented pedagogical control is the most grounded and most acceptable for improving the organization of physical education classes. The offered estimation of morphofunctional parameters, physical qualities and objective parameters of psychomotor activity and activity of thinking allowed us to distribute students to separate groups according to the degree of their adaptation to physical loads. According to the proposed method, the degree of adaptation of a person to physical loads is determined on the basis of a criterial evaluation of the physical development and psychophysiological state of the individual on the following scale: high degree –80–61 points; sufficient – 60–41 points; insignificant degree – 40–21 points; disadaptation – 20 points and less. The proposed method for determining the degree of adaptation of a person to physical education has real prospects for introduction into the educational process, as it contributes to the improvement of the pedagogical support of physical education.
