Abstract
W ostatnich kilkunastu latach jesteśmy świadkami ciągłego pędu technologicznego, a co za tym idzie – gwałtownego postępu gospodarczego. Ma to odzwierciedlenie w życiu codziennym całego społeczeństwa. Za tymi wszystkimi zmianami stoi szeroko pojęta innowacyjność, która postrzegana jest tylko i wyłącznie w perspektywie pozytywów. Niestety posiada ona również i ciemną stronę, wymaga bowiem ciągłego dostosowywania się do zmian, powodując tym samym wiele negatywnych skutków społecznych, takich jak: odpływ miejsc pracy, bezrobocie, zmniejszanie wpływów do budżetu itp.
