Innowacyjna immunoterapia alergenowa podjęzykowa u chorych uczulonych na alergeny roztocza kurzu domowego

Abstract
The purpose of this article is to present contemporary methods of allergen immunotherapy in patients with dust mite allergy. Epidemiological data on sensitization to these allergens in Poland were presented. The most important clinical studies with sublingual immunotherapy using tablets in patients with allergic rhinitis and/or asthma sensitized to the above allergens are discussed. Attention was paid to the latest preparation from this group - ACARIZAX®. ............................... Celem niniejszego artykułu jest przedstawienie współczesnych metod prowadzenia immunoterapii alergenowej u chorych uczulonych na alergeny roztocza kurzu domowego. Pokazano aktualne dane epidemiologiczne dotyczące uczulenia na te alergeny w Polsce. Omówiono najważniejsze badania kliniczne dotyczące immunoterapii alergenowej podjęzykowej przy pomocy tabletek u chorych na alergiczny nieżyt nosa lub/i astmę uczulonych na w/w alergeny. Zwrócono szczególną uwagę na najnowszy preparat z tej grupy – ACARIZAX®.
