Zmiany klimatu i zanieczyszczenie powietrza a ANN

Abstract
Allergic rhinitis is the most common form of allergy, affecting nearly a quarter of the population. One of the factors affecting the severity of the disease and the degree of its control is air pollution. It can exert its influence by intensifying inflammation in the mucous membrane of the airways, intensifying hyperreactivity, as well as by affecting the intensity of pollen grain production by sensitizing plants or modifying their allergenicity. The observed climate changes affect the vegetation of allergenic plants, an example of which is this year's birch pollen season. They also create favorable conditions for the expansion of plants with strong allergenic properties, such as ragweed. ............................... Alergiczny nieżyt nosa jest najczęstszą postacią alergii, dotyczącą blisko czwartej części populacji. Jednym z czynników wpływających na nasilenie choroby i stopień jej kontroli jest zanieczyszczenie powietrza. Może ono wywierać wpływ poprzez nasilanie stanu zapalnego w błonie śluzowej dróg oddechowych, nasilanie nadreaktywności, jak również poprzez wpływ na intensywność produkcji ziaren pyłku przez uczulające rośliny, czy modyfikowanie ich alergogenności. Obserwowane zmiany klimatu wpływają na wegetację roślin uczulających, czego przykładem może być tegoroczny sezon pylenia brzozy. Stwarzają również sprzyjające warunki do ekspansji roślin o silnych właściwościach alergogennych, takich jak ambrozja.
