INSIDER INFORMATION AND MANIPULATION IN THE STOCK MARKET: ASPECTS OF ADAPTATION OF UKRAINE TO THE EUROPEAN UNION

Abstract
The article focus on ways approximation of Ukraine to the EU legislation in the field of insider information and manip- ulating the stock market. As a result of studying the issue stressed that under the approach of Ukraine’s legislation to EU insider activity necessary to improve the regulatory concept of inside information. Also, pay attention to certain advantages over the Ukrainian legislation to EU legislation in the field of legal definition of insider.
