PROBLEMS OF INTRODUCTION OF INTERNATIONAL STANDARDS FOR THE FUNCTIONING OF THE ORGANS OF THE PUBLIC PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE

Abstract
In the article on the basis of the analysis of scientific views of scientists and international legal acts the main problems of introduction of international standards of functioning of the organs of the public prosecutor’s office are determined. It is stressed that today in our country a significant part of the standards introduced by the international community for the organization and functioning of the prosecutor’s office in a democratic state governed by the rule of law are introduced.
