SEPARATE ISSUES OF DELIMITATION OF SUBJECT-MATTER JURISDICTION OF COURTS IN CASES INVOLVING LOCAL SELF-GOVERNMENT BODIES

Abstract
The article is devoted to the coverage of some problematic issues of delimitation of substantive jurisdiction in cases involving the bodies of local self-government. The analysis of judicial practice concerning consideration of certain categories of cases, in which the party is the bodies of local self-government; the necessity of referring cases in which decisions are contested, acts or omissions of local self-government bodies and some other categories of cases with the participation of these bodies in disputes which are subject to consideration exclusively in the procedure of administrative proceedings is substantiated.
