ON THE QUESTION OF THE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE HOTEL SERVICES CONTRACT

Abstract
The article is dedicated to the investigation of the issues of responsibility for the contract on providing hotel services. Based on the analysis of legal acts it is establishing is the existing rules of liability in the form of a damage repayment guarantee the adequate protection of the consumers’ rights in the hotel services. The author has come to the conclusion that the viability of putting theresponsibility for the failure or improper fulfilment of the contract on the provision of the hotel services in the form of scoring a penalty.
