INSPECTION OF MODERN BUILT-IN DEVICES FOR CONTROL AXLEBOX UNIT OF PASSENGER WAGONS FOR HIGH-SPEED TRAFFIC

Abstract

The article defines the criteria for which it is necessary to evaluate and select the built-in monitoring tools. The review of modern built-in devices for monitoring the technical condition of the passenger compartment of the passenger car for high-speed traffic has been performed. The systems of control of the bookshops of domestic and foreign countries, as well as leading manufacturers of axle boxes for railway transport are considered. The main purpose of the new technology is to identify in the passing trains of safety-related malfunctions, take measures to immediately stop all available means, prevent further tracing of faulty cars with eliminating defects or disconnecting them from trains. The measures are proposed to improve the domestic integrated control system of the boxes. The article proposes the implementation of an automated system for monitoring the heating of the axle boxes, a diagnostic analysis of the technical condition of the axle boxes. The built-in control systems of the boxes most adapted for operation in the conditions of the Ukrainian railways are offered.
