FORMATION OF THE METHOD FOR SELECTION OF VEHICLES LOAD CAPACITY TO WORK WITH SCHEMES OF CONVEYING UNITIZED CARGO

Abstract

The article is devoted to the research of the method for selection of vehicles load capacity to work with schemes of conveying unitized cargo. The first stage was to carry out simulation of conveying unitized cargo at distribution points based on the generated input data and constraints. After that, the dependences of changes in transportation costs depending on the transportation process parameters of unitized cargo in a simulated network have been identified. The next step was to identify patterns of change in the total transport costs by vehicles load capacity and delivery volumes. On the basis of the results obtained, the dependence of the optimum load capacity of the vehicle on the scope of delivery at the sales point was determined. A mathematical model of dependence of optimum load capacity of the vehicle on the scope of delivery in the sales point has been obtained. Statistical evaluation results indicate that it has a sufficiently high information capacity and can be used in practical calculations
