ІНСТИТУЦІОНАЛІЗАЦІЯ РИНКУ ПРОДУКЦІЇ ОРГАНІЧНОГО СІЛЬСЬКОГО ГОСПОДАРСТВА

Abstract
У статті обґрунтовано власне бачення сутності та складових процесу інституціоналізації ринку продукції органічного сільського господарства. Наведено класифікацію інститутів, що визначають інституціоналізацію ринку органічної продукції. Визначено основні фактори, що гальмують формування ринку органічної продукції в Україні, а також сформульовані першочергові і стратегічні завдання щодо розвитку органічного виробництва. Запропоновано заходи щодо прискорення інституціоналізації ринку органічної сільськогосподарської продукції в Україні й удосконалення його формальних і неформальних інститутів. Наголошено на необхідності активізації діяльності аграрних освітніх навчальних закладів в площині популяризації органічного виробництва.
