INSTITUTE OF CRIMINAL RESPONSIBILITY FOR DENIED FROM THE CONTENT OF DISABILITIES: THE MODERN LEGAL EXPERIENCE OF THE FAR EAST COUNTRIES

Abstract
Turning to the current sources of modern criminal law in the Far East, the authors of the article lead, review, compare and summarize the content of those criminal law provisions that provide for criminal penalties for evading the financial maintenance of disabled parents. Authors identify and analyze in detail the integral and important, both general and distinctive-individual characteristic components, features and features inherent in relevant, subject-directed norms of modern criminal law of states belonging to the specified geographical region.
