Abstract
In clause the analysis of some problems of obligatory medical insurance is lead. The place and a role of the civil legislation on insurance in system of medical insurance is certain. The present condition of medical insurance is considered. The level of development of obligatory state medical insurance is certain and necessity of acceptance of the separate law " About obligatory state medical insurance " is proved.
