INSTITUTE OF CUSTOMER BROKER: CONCEPT AND PRINCIPLE OF ACTIVITY

Abstract
With the development of foreign trade, expansion of cooperation with international economic and financial institutions, there was an urgent need to develop new ways to improve the quality and efficiency of customs services in order to maximally facilitate the development of foreign trade activities. With the high quality of the work of the customs broker, any industrial company will consider entering the international market not as a risk, but as another step in its development. The article summarizes the theoretical positions regarding the concept of the institute of customs brokers, as well as investigates the principles of their activity in modern conditions.
