ІНСТИТУТИ ГРОМАДЯНСЬКОГО СУСПІЛЬСТВА ЯК СУБ’ЄКТИ РЕАЛІЗАЦІЇ ДЕРЖАВНОЇ ЮВЕНАЛЬНОЇ ПОЛІТИКИ

Abstract
The article analyzes the system of public associations as subjects of the formation of the state juvenile policy. Their role and methods of influence on development of the corresponding sphere of social relations have been established. Based on the analysis of socio-political practice, the conclusion is made of the “formal” and “populist” approach to the implementation of juvenile policies by associations of citizens. Separately, polit- ical leaders and associations are seen as subjects of juvenile politics. The conclusion is made about the transition from categorical rejection to the liberalization of the views of religious groups to the necessity of juvenile introduction justice in Ukraine.
