УДОСКОНАЛЕННЯ ЗАКОНОДАВСТВА ЩОДО ОТРИМАННЯ ПРАВА НА ЗАЙНЯТТЯ НОТАРІАЛЬНОЮ ДІЯЛЬНІСТЮ В УКРАЇНІ

Abstract
The article outlines the areas of improvement of the legislation on obtaining the right to engage in notarial activities in Ukraine, which should be aimed at improving the process of preparation of the qualification examination for engaging in notarial activities and the adoption of a substantive program of the Qualification Examination for the right to engage in notarial activities, reduction of the period reduction of the period of repeated qualification examination, and establishment of administrative responsibility for officials of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for violating the frequency of conducting a qualifying examination for the right to engage in notarial activities, which in general will have a positive effect on the implementation of European standards in the sphere of the notary public in Ukraine.
