Institutional aspect of administrative-legal support of circulation of precious metals and stones

Abstract
The article deals with characteristics of the system and the administrative and legal status of subjects of public administration sphere of circulation of precious metals and precious stones in Ukraine. Given the low level of interaction between public auth2orities and civil society institutions proposed optimal institutional model of public administration "jewelry" industry.
