INSTITUTIONAL PROBLEMS OF RESTRUCTURING OF POLISH PORTS

Abstract
Political, social and economical changes which started in Poland at the beginning of the 90ties, and the free marketward transformation of Polish economy require institutional changes in Polish port economy and management, which consist in moving away from the hitherto used system of port management.
