INSTITUTIONAL SUPPORT OF FISCAL POLICY IN UKRAINE

Abstract
In the article the concept of institutional support of fiscal policy is theoretically generalized. An overview of scientific approaches to defining the definition of “institutional support” is conducted and the author's interpretation of the term “institutional support of fiscal policy” is presented. The constituent elements of institutional support of fiscal policy are substantiated. The formal institutions, that is, the legal and regulatory framework for fiscal policy in Ukraine, are considered. The informal institutions, that is, customs, traditions, habits, social conventions, that determine the peculiarities of conducting national fiscal policy, are analyzed. The activity of the institutes, that is, the organizational structures, that form and implement the fiscal policy in Ukraine, is reflected.
