Іnstitutionalization normativity of criminal law: selected theoretical-methodological aspects of the question

Abstract
The article presents an attempt to formulate a personal scientific view vision іnstitutionalization normativity of criminal law in order to outline the algorithm for further research on the individual components of this problem. It is argued that іnstitutionalization normativity of criminal law is special legal substance that does not coincide with the structure of the normativity of the criminal law, and applies only to such of its elements as the criminal law or that, in principle, the same “positive” criminal law. It is proved that a term іnstitutionalization normativity of criminal law it is advisable to operate in cases when we are talking about a systemic-structural analysis of the criminal law, that is, its status in the national legal system (relations with the Constitution, international public law national sectoral law), as well as about the structure of the UK (its division into parts, sections, articles, etc., the relationship between the individual structural elements).
