Terms of the purpose of housing subsidies: present

Abstract
This article analyzes the conditions for the appointment of residential subsidies to date. It was concluded that, despite the Government’s decisive steps towards increasing the targeting and effectiveness of the housing subsidy program, and the ongoing improvement of legislation in this area, the subsidy mechanism is still not flawless.
