INSTITUTIONALIZATION OF INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT OF INDUSTRIAL VEGETABLE PRODUCTION IN THE CONTEXT OF RATIONAL LAND USE

Abstract
The article considers the institutional bases of functioning and the concentration of gross industrial vegetable production in all categories of farms of the black sea region. The dynamics of changes in the structure of cultivated areas and the main administrative areas in the region with a developed vegetable-growing, melon-growing and potato growing. Justified by the specific characteristics of land as a fundamental factor of production, the main benefits, the criteria and requirements for developingvegetable crop rota-tions, to ensure a deficit-free balance of humus in the soil. Practical recommendations regarding the implementation of scientifically based vegetable rotations with an optimal ratio of the area of land and number fields, the use of drip irrigation systems in the context of rational land use.
