INSTRUMENTS OF FOREIGN TRADE POLICY OF THE EUROPEAN UNION

Abstract
In the article the author describes the normative legal acts of the European Union, which cover foreign trade policy instruments of the European Union. The expediency of research of the features of import and export regulation, quota and licensing system, the system of safeguard measures in the European Union for the improvement of the Ukrainian trade legislation is considered in the article.
