INSTRUMENTS OF REGIONAL ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT IN MODERN UNDERSTANDING CONDITIONS

Abstract
The article deals with theoretical approaches to the definition of the concept of the region and its economic development. The content of management of regional economic development is researched. The main tools of regional development management are analyzed, and the emphasis is placed on the use of the latest tools in the context of the formation of a technological and singular stage of economic development. The normative-legal regulation of processes of management of regional economic development in conditions of uncertainty of economic processes is outlined.
