INSURANCE MANAGEMENT IN A CHANGING INFORMATION MEDIA

Abstract
The article examines the dynamics of insurance payments of retail insurance of Ukrainian companies, which showed an increase in the amount of insurance payments for all types of retail insurance. It was revealed that the insurance services market is becoming more attractive and competitive in comparison with the banking sector in Ukraine. The absence of companies-outsourcers of Ukraine in the international market of information technologies of financial services is revealed. The advantages of using the tools of insurance outsourcing and changing digital products in insurance management are considered. The directions for increasing the efficiency of outsourcers of financial services in Ukraine are suggested.
