THE ROLE OF LABOR EXCHANGE IN COMBATING EMPLOYMENT IN UKRAINE AND EU COUNTRIES

Abstract
The article analyzes the essence of the phenomenon of unemployment. The main factors of formation are determined and the positive and negative consequences of this phenomenon are given. Analysis of the unemployment rate in Ukraine and EU countries has been conducted. It is revealed that the problems of unemployment in EU countries and Ukraine require from the states, regional authorities of the management of early development and implementation of social guarantees in the employment of the working-age population. It is investigated that high unemployment is a problem that needs to be solved and requires deep scientific analysis and development of practical recommendations that can be used for the development and implementation of effective socio-economic policies. Proposals are made regarding the main ways of solving the problem of unemployment and the purpose of actively raising the level of employment of the population.
