INSURANCE MARKET: MANAGEMENT AND REGULATORY ASPECTS OF SUSTAINABILITY AND FINANCIAL SECURITY

Abstract
The article analyses different approaches to the regulation of insurance in Ukrainian theoretical scholarly literature. The authors propose to take into account regulatory activities at the insurance market and level of financial management of a separate insurance company as essential factors to provide sustainability and financial security of insurance activity. Drawing on the evaluation of development of the prudential control instruments at financial market, the article recommends expanding their usage for the insurance market.
