INSURANCE OF PROFESSIONAL LIABILITY OF WORKERS’ HEALTH AND COMPENSATION FOR DAMAGE INCURRED AS A RESULT OF MEDICAL INTERVENTION

Abstract
The article deals with some legal categories of insurance of professional liability of health workers. Analyzed the regulatory legal acts determining of insurance and implementation of medical activity. Disclosed problematic issues of compensation for harm suffered as a result of medical interventions and proposed improving the legal regulation of this issue.
