INTEGRATED PROCESSES OF TRANSPORT AND LOGISTIC CUSTOMERS SERVICE

Abstract
The concept of «transportation and logistics customers service» has been specified as a purposeful activity to meet the customers’ needs related to the movement of goods and / or passengers in space and time with the use of vehicles, by providing the necessary range of services of appropriate quality in the required quantity in the specified location and at the precisely appointed time at an affordable price. The proposed definition is notable for its universality and is not related to the specifics of the implementation of actions included in the service. The system of integrated processes of transport and logistics services for customers has been formed. It has been represented in the form of a matrix of processes that characterize material, information and financial logistical flows, as well as the service stages substantiated from the position of consumers (offer, service itself and its completion).
