INTEGRATED STUDENTS’ EDUCATION: EXPERIENCE OF KAUNAS UNIVERSITY OF APPLIED SCIENCES

Abstract
This paper analyses theoretical correlations between the enhancement of the individual’s multi-intelligence expression and informal education. The paper explores how integration of the formal education with non-formal education, result in targeted activities that develop the individual’s professional, social and educational competencies and foster a conscious personality, who is able solve to problems and actively participate in society. Based on the authors’ personal experience and the findings of the survey conducted in Business Management Department at KUAS, the paper presents evaluation of the annual event that provides favourable setting to develop students’ intelligence.
