INDENTIFICATION OF NEEDS OF MODERNI CT APPLICATION IN EDUCATION

Abstract
Information and communication technologies becoming more and more important in educational, training processes. Scientific and technological progress opens up wide possibilities for educational change process. ICT has become significant in today's society due to the rapid spread of modern technology in all fields of human activity. This paper analyzes the application of ICT to the needs of the educational process. ICT competence - a set of knowledge, skills and attitudes that a learner acquires using ICT. Today it is recognized that ICT can enhance the learning efficiency, but first need to find out what are the needs of the application of ICT.
