INTEGRUOTAS STUDENTŲ UGDYMAS: KAUNO KOLEGIJOS PATIRTIES ĮVERTINIMAS

Abstract

Straipsnyje analizuojamos teorinės individo daugialypio intelekto raiškos didinimo ir neformalaus ugdymo galimybių sąsajos. Gilinamasi, kaip formalų ugdymą integruojant su neformaliuoju, jaunimo ugdymas tampa kryptinga veikla, kuria, plėtojant individo profesines, socialines ir edukacines kompetencijas, ugdoma sąmoninga asmenybė, sugebanti visapusiškai išreikšti save, atsakingai ir kūrybingai spręsti problemas ir aktyviai dalyvauti visuomenės gyvenime. Remiantis straipsnio autorių asmeninės patirties apibendrinimu ir atlikto tyrimo duomenimis, pateikiamas Kauno kolegijos Verslo vadybos fakultete organizuojamo tradicinio renginio ,,Verslo dienos” svarbos, kuriant daugialypiam studentų intelektui atsiskleisti ir ugdyti palankią aplinką, vertinimas.
