INTEGRATION AND SYNERGY OF MANAGEMENT TYPES FOR IMPROVING ENTERPRISE ECONOMIC SECURITY SYSTEM

Abstract
Purpose – justification theoretical-methodological and practical framework for integration, synergistic management to improve the system of enterprise economic security. Methodology of research. Monographic method was used to determine the available ways to create an integrated management system; theoretical generalizations, synthesis and analysis, graphical method were used to justify all kinds of models to integration management for a positive synergistic effect in improving the enterprise economic security. Findings. Proved that the management integration became demand to the company survival. Determined several international standards that can be used in the formation of integrated management systems, but none of them takes into account all existing types of management. Formed architectural approach to integration management types to ensure economic security – the main are risk management, financial, crisis and strategic management, to which are added all kinds, affecting various aspects of the organization (human resources, manufacturing, information management, and others). Originality. Developed author’s model of integration management types to ensure enterprise economic security that unlike existing ones, considers the aspect of protection against threats and combines all kinds of corporate governance that promotes synergetic effect. Practical. Integrated management system created by the proposed model promoting the economic security of the enterprise may be used in enterprises of any industry and scale, as in some way these types of control are used everywhere and in all circumstances, and their purposeful integration improves state of enterprise economic security system.
