STATE SUPPORT OF ANIMAL HUSBANDRY MODERNIZATION

Abstract
Purpose is to study the main trends in the formation of the State support of the animal husbandry, identify the areas of its activation in order to increase the effectiveness of the production processes modernization in livestock industry. Methodology of research. The following methods were used in writing the article: economic and statistical analysis while characterizing the status and prospects of the state support in the animal husbandry modernization; selective sociological research to identify and study the real situation of providing State support to breeders; logical generalization while grounding the scientific concepts, formulating conclusions and proposals; graphic for the visual image of the investigated indices. The methodological basis of the study is the research and development of domestic scientists on modernizing reforms and effective development of animal husbandry. Finding. It was grounded that till now the State support is not sufficient for accelerating the development of modernized processes and increasing the level of livestock innovative updates. The need to increase the size of State support and improvement of the State regulation mechanism of ensuring economic modernization and effective development of animal husbandry were substantiated. It was proved that one of the directions in State regulation of economic modernization is the empowerment of livestock to use modern technologies to produce new types of high-quality livestock products. It was indicated the necessity of applying the updated grace taxation while purchasing breeding farm animals, agricultural machinery and technological equipment. Originality. There were proposed the directions of State support efficiency increase for animal husbandry modernization, the most important of which is to improve the State pricing policy promoting the development of the livestock production market, improvement of production technology and modernization of production processes based on the innovations. Practical value. The scientific value of the research results and proposals as for the need to intensify State support modernization of the animal husbandry lies in possibilities of their use in improving the present level of livestock production and food security in Livestock Department in the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine.
