Integration of the potential of stacking companies into the regional construction cluster

Abstract

The subject of the study is theoretical and methodological principles of partnership relations between the participants of the integration association of the construction cluster for the implementation of investment and construction projects The purpose of the study is an overview of possible types of partnership agreements that may be concluded between the members of the integration cluster association for the implementation of state and municipal targeted programs, as well as the inclusion of new stakeholder enterprises in this association. Methods of research. The paper uses general scientific and special methods of empirical research: comparative analysis; analytical; systemic; comparison; analogy. Results of work. The article analyzes the peculiarities of the organization of partnership between the entities of the integration cluster integration association for realization of tasks in investment–building activity, in particular, with the inclusion of new enterprises of the stakeholders in the construction cluster. In order to organize effective interaction between the members of the integration association in the construction industry, it is suggested to document multilateral partner agreements that take into account the goals and benefits of all participants in the construction cluster to the maximum. The field of application of results. Economics and management of the national economy, the functioning of state systems and mechanisms of economic management at the sectoral, inter– sectoral and regional levels, methods and economic instruments for the regulation of economic processes and their effectiveness. Conclusions. After analyzing the ways of constructing regional construction clusters and studying the problems of integration of state–owned enterprises into such integration associations, it is determined that a rational form of organization of relations between all members of the construction cluster is a multilateral partnership agreement, the application of which is optimal for the successful functioning of the regional construction cluster, and will take as much account as possible. goals and benefits of all partners in the process of implementing joint investment and construction projects.
