Integration of the software for management of construction processes

Abstract

At the current stage, it is important to combine programs in various areas of construction organizations activity (design, design calculation, budget calculations, project management) into a single information space. Goal and tasks. To identify the most rational software for managing construction projects in accordance with the current needs of construction organizations. The study was conducted using system and process approaches as tools for effective management of construction projects, a general theory of organization and management, theory and practice of network planning, mathematical modeling. The conducted researches showed that the program complex Building Manager in comparison with other well-known project management programs has a number of undeniable advantages: 1) Nowadays, this is the only program that allows you to build the calendar and corresponding resource schedules based on the 3-d model. 2) It is well associated with value-based programs, and the interaction is possible both directly and indirectly, that is, if the calendar schedule, supplies, production technology changes, it is possible to return to the value determination programs and adjust the indicators, in accordance with the changes. Conclusions: ‒ the basic directions of the software management work perfection by building projects are defined; ‒ for the first time, a rational software for managing construction projects, which is fully integrated into a single technological line or BIM technology has been identified.
